CEL-FI units Receive the "weak" signal from your mobile phone carrier via its large high-gain outdoor (Donor) antenna.

The unit then boosts the weak signal (up to 100db) and retransmits the signal to your mobile phone via the indoor (service) antenna, resulting in an increase in signal strength allowing phone calls text messaging and data in places where previously impossible!

CEL-FI kits come in both Mobile and Stationary form with a wide variety of antennas and accessories to suit each application.

The CEL-FI Roam can only boost ONE operators network at a time but is switchable at any time via the Wave app.

No, Once the CEL-FI unit is correctly installed and switched on, it will automatically find the cell signal. The unit will start boosting the signal and making it available for ANY phone on the same carrier within the coverage area of the CEL-FI (~1500-3000sqm for stationary systems)
